Important Information you need to know before you reserve.
We are 3 stories - please keep luggage and personal items to a minimum - no elevator
Smoking is only permitted outdoors
We do not allow visitors - guest are always welcome at additonal charge of $35 per night.
Credit Cards accepted are Visa & MC only. Cash and travlers checks.
Children are welcome 5 years or older.
On season and holidays are subjected to minimum night stays.
Our rooms are small all with private baths, if you need larger accommodations we suggest reserving a Suite.
Between 3pm and 7pm only for check in, late arrivals need pre-arranging. Check out by 11am, addtional charges can occur if later.
50% deposit required. Sent by email.
Single nights can be subject to 20%
increase.
Are accepted up to 7 days before arrival less a $25 charge. Full 50% deposit is lost the week before. Deposit are non-transferrable.
No refunds for early departures, illness or inclement weater, or "No shows." Misrepresentation voids reservation with no refund.
We are a non-Smoking establishment. Smoking allowed only outdoors.
